These terms govern your use of the AI 101 website and your enrollment in the AI 101 course, operated by Khaled ("we", "us"). By using the site, joining a waitlist, or enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Refund Policy.

1. The course

AI 101 is a live, cohort-based online course of five 2-hour sessions delivered over Zoom. The founding cohort is taught in Arabic; an English cohort, where offered, is taught in English. It is designed for beginners and uses Claude as the primary tool. A separate Claude Pro subscription (paid by you to Anthropic) is required and is not included in the course price. Each cohort is capped at 20 seats. Dates, content, and format may change, and we will tell enrolled students of any material change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll. By enrolling you confirm that the details you give us are accurate.

3. Waitlists

Joining a waitlist, for a later cohort or for the English version of the course, lets us email you about it. It is not a purchase and places you under no obligation. You can ask to be removed at any time.

4. Enrollment and payment

The price is $150 USD, paid once, and it is shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Whop, our payment provider, which accepts cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay; Whop's buyer terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details. Your seat is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder if you do not see it). Seats are first come, first served, and enrollment closes when all seats are taken.

5. No refunds

All enrollments are final and payments are non-refundable, including if you miss sessions or decide not to continue. The only exceptions are set out in our Refund Policy: if we cancel a cohort without offering new dates, or where a refund is required by the law that applies to you.

6. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of anything you build during the course. You may not record, resell, share your access, or publicly redistribute the live sessions or course materials without our written permission, and you agree to be respectful to the instructor and other students. We may remove anyone who seriously disrupts a session, without a refund.

7. Our materials

Course materials, prompts, templates, and this site are our intellectual property and are provided for your personal learning. You may use and adapt them for your own work, but not resell or republish them.

8. No guarantees and liability

We teach practical skills, but we cannot guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes. The site and course are provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for third-party services such as Zoom, Claude, or Whop.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim where you live.

10. Changes and contact
