Privacy Notice

This explains what we collect and how we use it for the AI 101 website and course, operated by Khaled. We keep it minimal and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Waitlists: your email, your name if you choose to give it, and which list you joined (the next cohort or the English version).
• Enrollment: your name, email, and billing details, which are collected and processed by Whop, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as general location and device type, used only to keep the site running.
• Instagram messages: if you send a direct message to our Instagram account, we receive your message, your Instagram username and user ID, and our reply.

Instagram messages and our AI assistant

Simple questions sent to our Instagram inbox may be answered automatically by an AI assistant, and every automatic reply says so. To write the reply, the text of your message is sent to OpenAI, which processes it on our behalf. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. Anything the assistant cannot answer is passed to our team, who reply personally. We keep message records for up to 90 days to answer you and improve our replies, then delete them. If you prefer to talk to a person, just say so in your message.

How we use it

To run enrollment and payment, to email your confirmation and course details, to tell you when the next cohort or the English version opens if you asked us to, and to answer you if you contact us. That is all. We do not sell or rent your details.

Who helps us process it

We use a small number of trusted services: Cloudflare (website hosting and our database), Whop (payment processing), Resend (sending our emails), Meta (delivering Instagram messages), and OpenAI (writing automatic Instagram replies). They process data only to provide these services.

Cookies and storage

The site stores small preferences in your own browser, and a short-lived cookie that remembers your language during checkout so we show you the right confirmation page. We do not use advertising trackers.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep enrollment records for as long as needed to run the course and meet our accounting obligations. We keep waitlist emails until that cohort or version opens, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will. To delete your data, including your Instagram message history with us, email [email protected] or send us the word “delete” on Instagram. We confirm once it is done.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Payment records held by Whop are also subject to Whop's own privacy policy.

Security

Our site runs over encrypted HTTPS, card details are handled only by our payment provider, and access to our records is limited to us.
